Terms of Use

CHS Operations is the internal operations dashboard of Corporate Hospitality Services, LLC (“CHS”, “we”, “us”). By signing in, you agree to these terms.

Who may use it

CHS Operations is for internal use by authorised CHS staff only. It is not offered to the public. Access is given and removed by CHS, and ends when your work with CHS ends.

Accounts belong to CHS

• Your dashboard account, and everything created or stored in it, is company property.
• The social media pages, business listings, website analytics and advertising accounts connected to the dashboard belong to CHS. Connect only accounts that CHS owns or manages.
• Keep your sign-in details to yourself. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

Acceptable use

Use the dashboard only for CHS work. Do not:

• look at or change information your role does not need;
• copy company, guest, customer or staff information out of the dashboard except for CHS work;
• post, reply or advertise on CHS’s behalf in a way that is misleading, offensive or unlawful;
• try to get around sign-in, permissions or security, or disrupt the service.

When you use a connected platform through the dashboard, you must also follow that platform’s own terms and policies. For YouTube features, that includes the YouTube Terms of Service.

We may suspend or remove access if these terms are broken.

Privacy

How the dashboard handles information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

No warranty

The dashboard is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will always be available, error-free or complete.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. We will post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top. Continuing to use the dashboard means you accept the updated terms.
